WORLDGUARD-2375 - Reported by Robert.Sells

I would like to propose the ability to be able to run the command "/region addmember" via console,as I see no reason why a player should be expected for this command. This would create many opportunities for players. I have a parkour course and after you beat it I would like it to unlock another area. I was trying to do this by blocking the entrance to the area with a region that had the entry flag on deny, but, much to my dismay, I could not add people to the region via command blocks.

I have no idea how to delete this although I have just realised this is, for the most part, a duplicate request that has already been accepted.
