Half slabs can be placed on top of other half slabs in protected regions to make a full slab

Title explains it all.

If there is a half slab in a protected region, a player without permission to build in that area is simply able to walk up to that half slab and place another one on top of it to create a full block.

This is ruining my spawn and getting messy, hence why i am wanting it fixed before the glitch spreads throughout the server.

I do not have this problem. Do you have the most current version of WG along with the most current version of Bukkit?

i have the most recent version of WG but i am not using Craftbukkit. I am using Spigot #265
