Tripwire, wooden buttons, opening enderchests and placing flowers in flower pots are not prevented from normal players in a protected region.

Tripwire: needs a bukkit event I think, need to check if they have it
Wooden button: should be easy with USE
Enderchests: mentioned this in the other issue, probably does not belong in chest-access
Flower pots: might have to do a hacky workaround if bukkit doesn't throw this
edit: ok so if an animal walks over a tripwire or something non-human triggers a wooden button, should I cancel it based on the USE flag still?

This might be an over kill because its just me, but I would check the entity's target.
If its just wondering than yea, it should trigger, but if its chasing a player who isn't allowed for USE in the region, it shouldn't.
