WORLDGUARD-2513 - Reported by Gus.Callaway

I type 'region flag region231 pvp deny' into consol. It outputs in red text "A player is expected". I do not know why a player is expected seeing as the command has nothing to do with a player. Could you fix this? I need to have a command block that runs a flag from consol.

Wizjany, why did you mark my issue as invalid. How am I supposed to flag regions from console?
