When you break a rock on which stands the torch, it is removed at the time, the torch falls, and the stone will appear again. And plates!

stone disappearing is purely client side...
the torch should just float for a second until the stone reappears
can you type /wg report -p and give the link here

hm....not really sure, it's working fine for me
it could be another plugin causing it I guess, but i have no idea which one
