Essentials fly blocked in some regions

Hey there I use essentials and I have my VIPs /fly, but they abuse it on pvp arena. I tried disabling the command there but since it works like a gamemode and only is off when you type, they could go to allowed areas type fly and then go to pvp, keeping fly. Is there any way I could block fly in some regions?

if essentials uses the gamemode you can force them into survival with the gamemode flag, otherwise nothing we can/will do
