Would it be possible to have a flag to enable the snowball throwback in regions while still having pvp off. Facing the problem that we had snowball arenas set up, now the only way to have them is for pvp enabled which isnt ideal. I understand the snowball throwback issue inside non-pvp regions was initially a bug, but being able to enable it in certain regions again would be a nice feature rather than just completely off.

Perhaps projectile-hitback or something?
