Item frames not protected

Please fix this. Item frames are not protected in WorldGuard region with 1.5 bukkit. I need this as I can't open my server until its fixed.

In all version of worldguard item version wasnt protected. At now i use "FrameProtect" plugin, is like LWC and works good.

Frames were protected before. I tested it multiple times.

Ok so they seem to randomly be protected again.
