Hey,

I have several worlds, all with the same blacklists. Maintaning each of them independantly is a pain.
Would it not be possible to have a global blacklist ? ie a blacklist for all worlds, and if one world has a blacklist.txt in it's folder, the global blacklist doesn't get applied to it and that world uses it's own blacklist.

Would make it easier for servers with loads of worlds with the same rules on each one ! :)

blacklists are about to get replaced with rulelists, so we're not really going to add anything to blacklists right now
