WORLDGUARD-2676 - Reported by Leon.Holt

Hello, so... when using //sel cyl and selecting the area you try create a region using /region define and it says You must select an area with WorldGuard... the command being used is worldguard. I have also found a ticket about this in the old tracker over a year ago... is this ever going to be added?
