Breeding EXP not blocked by no-exp-drop

The breeding of animals still gives you EXP ;) This might be not wanted by servers having no-exp-drops true ;)

bukkit doesn't allow plugins to control the exp dropped there...
it's not even possible to listen to the xp orb being added to the world from what i can see
in fact, the only way to fix this with bukkit API is to prevent players from breeding animals altogether...hmmm
