WORLDGUARD-2704 - Reported by Guillaume.Danguin

I'm using Both Essentials and YAPP (permissions plugin). It appears that I can give a group as a member of a region, as normally, but WG keeps refusing access to the players... I think WorldGuard is not recognizing YAPP but it does with Essentials Superperms... So I'm pretty stuck until WG recognizes YAPP.

disable the groupmanager resolver in wepif.yml and let superperms take priority
