[URGENT] World Guard Regions being automatically removed?

I came onto my server today that the regions had dissappeared into thin air. The file was gone and the greifers had a 2hr head start on me. I can fix with my antigreif plugins but i have had this problem before and once it happens once it continues on. Please help.
