Ok so I just installed this and it I have abit to learn and I will go to sleep after this comment, but I have a big problem.

The plugin is in but unless you are op you cannot do anything in the world, you cannot place anything or destroy anything etc... I checked through the permissions but could'nt find anything related to my issue.

our irc is fine, it seems like esper's web client is down though, you'll have to download a client instead

it seems like your problem isn't related to worldguard though
by default worldguard allows you to do anything

the behavior you described sounds more like essentials antibuild or permissions or something similar

Nevermind, it seems fixed. All I had to do was to remove the essentialsantibuild.jar from my plugin folder.
