feed-min-hunger doesn't work on global regions

I flagged the global region, and set the feed-min-hunger to 20. You can still loose hunger

Hmm I actually expected that so I flagged a region that fills the whole map. Seems like you still can lose hunger

make sure you set all the other feed flags correctly as well. setting max-hunger alone won't do anything.

Yea i misspelled that it's feed-min-hunger not feed-max-hunger

min/max both do nothing alone, they only set the bounds for the hunger set by amount/delay
