Riding on pigs allows bypass of region entry:DENY flag.

In version 5.7.5 on CraftBukkit 1.5.2-R1.0, when riding a pig it is possible for players to bypass a region's entry-deny flag, even though the player does not have permission to enter. Basically, while walking into a region is blocked, riding on pigs into a region is not.
