Well, the story goes like this:
my server has limitations per player for the amount of regions, e.g. 5 regions per player.
And they have addowner and removeowner permissions, as well as members permissions.

And they cheat in this way:

1. player A claims a region
2. player A addswoner player B to the region
3. player B removes A from owners
4. player B adds A as a member to the region
   As a result, player A works like a region generator, always free of regions, and player B works as regions storage. Thus they both have unlimited regions.

Is it possibe to prohibit adding B as owner, in case that player B already has more regions, than permitted by config? can you add this check?

Yeah, I understand, that the fastest way would be prohibiting adding as owner or removing as owner permissions.
But I'd like those perms to stay.

I see no reason, why it shouldn't be checking region count when adding owners to a region.
