Is it possible to add a worldguard flag that would restrict block updates in a region? Similar to the /stoplag command except it wouldn't clear entities and is restricted in the region. (I'd be happy with something like /stoplag without the entity clear)

you can do so for water and lava flow already...
do you mean like redstone updates or sand physics?

Something like that... floating ladders too and trap doors not attached to something solid.

I'm finding that particular freedom wonderful, but I end up getting complaints about missing livestock when I do stoplag xD

Edit: Oh and floating torches... that sort of use for the lack of block updates

no need to bump it, if we decide to do this we'll do it whenever we get around to it.
