I have some flag ideas:

cake - allow/deny cake eating, since build flag doesnt protect cakes
bucket - allow/deny usage of buckets, with build flag its function isnt full
monster-spawn - allow/deny monster(non-peaceful) mob spawning in regions
animal-spawn - opposite of above mentioned thing
fire-persist - ?? just wild idea, just to create some cool decorations of non netherrack firelamps

• a problem with fire-spread flag - from time to time fire disappers form nether rack using that flag, I can trellay if its your plugins doing thought, happened only afeter i started using it

EDIT: the fire disappers near wood. This should be fixed
