No chest access when make region for one rank only.

When I make vip region only i blocked others and use /region flag entry deny and add /region addmember Vip and /region flag chest-access allow. And players can't access chest :(. There is not other regions only one.

vip members can't access chests? or other members can't?

what message do they get when they try to open the chest?

what do you mean by "blocked others"? just with the entry flag?
