WORLDGUARD-3114 - Reported by Slava.Hilkov

Hello.

1. Claim some region with command /rg claim spawn
2. Remove region /rg remove spawn
3. Try to create new region with name "spawn" /rg claim spawn
4. You will got message: "Could not save region spawn: Duplicate entry 'spawn-1' for key 'PRIMARY'"
5. If you look into mysql database you will see that region really not removed from database!

This bug is very old, and you still not fix it!

Fixed in the {{region-api-update}} branch.

Note: Do not actually use that branch yet.
