People can entry in "deny entry" region with a horse

Hello! I use the plugin called "Broomsticks" (is a invisible horse, simil a broom stick).

And the people that is in a broom, can entry in a region with the flag "entry: deny".

I have WorldGuard 5.9 and spigot 1582.
