I'd like it if players could only edit their own land. When an edit command is used, first the would-be-affected blocks are cross-referenced with the world guards owned by the command sender. Only the blocks in these world guards are affected. Ideally, there should be two versions of every permission- one to use commands anywhere and one to use commands only on your land.
