Description
This is designed to used with Cobblemon mod packs, and you are free to include with credit.
I plan to release more Cobblemon themed menus down the road, as more content is released. And plan to update them with Cobblemon releases. (The official Cobblemon modpack includes a for finalized version, this specific version will not be enhanced in anyway, and probably be loosely maintained, The resources from this are free to use for those who wish to update it themselves.)

Make sure your download the correct version for forge/fabric.

INSTALLATION 1.20.1
•Unzip and place folders in minecraft install/profile directory (the folder that your mods folder is IN, DO NOT PLACE IN MODS FOLDER)
ExampleA: AppData/Roaming/.Minecraft
ExampleB: AppData/Roaming/[Profile]
you place the folders in the above directory, depending if you changed the install directory for the selected Minecraft profile.
This should leave a Resources folder, in your install directory
Example: AppData/Roaming/[Profile]/Resources
•Overwrite if it asks (installing will break any other fancy menu settings you had prior, this method is the one we do because its the easiest method to install)
•Install should be complete
INSTALLATION 1.19.2
•Unzip the file and drag the two folders into your Minecraft profile directory (where your mods folder is, not IN the mods folder)
•On the menu, enable the fancymenu customization overlay if not already enabled (default keybind is ctrl+alt+c) this may be disable by the modpack, simply add back the keybind.
•At the top left on the main menu, make sure "Customization" is set to on, go to CurrentMenu>Layouts>ManageLayouts>cm_lapras then toggle the layout enabled.
•Click the FM at the top left and disable "Default MC Menu Music"
•That should be it, you can now hide the menu by hitting the key bind again.
TROUBLESHOOTING
"I don't see a menu in the title screen" make sure you enable it by pressing CTRL+ALT+C, if this doesn't work check the key binds for fancy menu (v1) and see if it was disabled by the modpack you are using. If it is disabled, reset it by setting the bind to "C"
"I have no music or animation" Double check that you installed ALL of the required mods, mentioned above. And the correct Version
"Game crashes when I load to the main menu" This is an issue with forge, make sure to use the latest 'recommended' build, which should be 43.2.0, for 1.19.2
"I hear the music and normal Minecraft menu music" your general config may have been overwritten, to fix click the FM at the top left, and disable "Default MC Menu Music"
"I followed the instructions and it still doesn't work" if you have NO other mods aside from the required ones, and it still doesn't work, you did in fact, not install it correctly, or some unseen computer force decided you are not allowed to have this. I frequently come back to comments saying it doesn't work, I wipe my install of Minecraft, install the mod, and it works fine, even on my older pc.
NOTES
If you have ModMenu[Fabric] installed, disable the Update Indicator in the ModMenu options, that indicator cannot be moved as far as I am aware, so it just sits in the middle of screen :V
If you are using Forge or other mods that add ui elements such as Quark and Create, you might need to move or hide those yourself in the layout editor.
NOTICE
<s>if you are using the official cobblemon modpack, the fancymenu version is out of date, updating that to the newest version should fix any issues with that modpack.</s> (This is now a part of the Cobblemon Official Modpack)
Any other modpacks that come with fancymenu installed, make sure it is version 2.14.2 or higher.
