This data pack allows you to collect phantom membrane without having to stay up at night fighting phantoms. This is most useful for servers where the majority of people want to pass the night, but there is still a desire to obtain phantom membrane (since you can't both pass the night and farm phantom membrane). The way this new method functions is that you need to put a cobweb in an item frame near your bed, and so long as you're in bed when morning comes, a random number of phantom membranes will spawn on that item frame.
This new concept is also introduced to players through a special cobweb item that has a chance to be given to the player upon killing a witch. This item is a renamed cobweb with lore describing the above process, so players on your server who aren't aware of this data pack being there can still learn about it and take advantage of its features.
This data pack does not alter the witch loot table, and is therefore compatible with other data packs that alter loot tables.
