[Datapack] Higher Enchants

This data pack allows the player to increase the maximum level of enchantments. This makes Unbreaking IV, V, and much more achievable in survival.

A guide book is provided to all players when the datapack is loaded in; however, if another book is wanted type: "/tag @p remove higher_enchants_guided". The guide book shows how to create, use, and destroy all multi-block structures in the datapack. On top of that, it also lists all the enchants possible with the datapack.

Two multi-blocks are used in this datapack: the Improved Anvil and the Enchant Enhancer. The Improved Anvil is used to create higher-level enchanted books such as Unbreaking IV, and the Enchant Enhancer is used to add those books onto items, such as Unbreaking IV onto an Unbreaking III item.
