ModularHUD is a datapack for Minecraft 1.13 - 1.16.3 that adds a HUD using the actionbar. There are 6 different modules which can be toggled on or off individually, adding them to or removing them from the HUD, each displaying their own information. There is also a Compact setting that displays the HUD in a more compact way, and the display itself can be toggled on or off as well.
The datapack is entirely multiplayer compatible, each player has their own HUD which they can customize however they'd like. It is also entirely survival singleplayer friendly, you do not need to enable cheats in order to set anything up, the datapack automatically does all of this by itself.
Installing the datapack is as simple as placing the .zip file in your world's datapacks folder. See the installation page for more information on how to do this.
Enabling and configuring your HUD is as simple as using the command /trigger modularhud in the in-game chat and clicking the check boxes in the customization menu that appears in your chat to toggle settings on or off. See the usage page for more information about the customization menu and its settings.
Here's a cropped image example of what the HUD might look like. Check the spoiler below or the images tab for full screenshots.

If you wish to change any of ModularHUD's features for either multiplayer or singleplayer use, you can configure the datapack in-game by using the command /function modularhud:admin/configure. Every setting can be turned off or forced on individually in this configuration menu, and modules can also be set to be free to be toggled or to require the player to have a certain item in their inventory for the module to display. The settings in the configuration menu apply for everyone and not just you, so do not use it in place of the customization menu. See the configuration page for more information about all of this.
To uninstall the datapack please see the uninstallation page. as removing it from the world's datapack folder without running ModularHUD's uninstallation function will leave a bunch of unused scoreboards objectives behind
