Portable Ender Chest / Personal Bank
Summon an ender chest at your feet if standing on redstone while right clicking with a carrot on a stick named "Ender Chest Spawner."
Chat command to give carrot on a stick with "Ender Chest Spawner" as a custom name.
How To Get Item Needed:
/give @p minecraft:carrot_on_a_stick{display:{Name:"{\"text\":\"Ender Chest Spawner\"}"}} 1

To Install:
Just place the *.zip file at \AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\saves\*world*\datapacks\ don't extract them from the zip file (not needed).
How To Use:
First you place down a redstone dust. Then stand on the dust and right click holding a carrot on a stick named "Ender Chest Spawner" to summon an ender chest. Right click again holding the carrot on a stick named "Ender Chest Spawner" to despawn the ender chest. Caution, the command will change all ender chests with in 3 blocks around the player to redstone dust. Running off a ledge with redstone dust placed at the edge and "Ender Chest Spawner" stick clicked will cause a chest to summon while the player falls from the ledge, don't know how to prevent that.
