The Sheencraft texture pack will change a number of features.(looks, sounds) Some things that will change are items, entity's and some blocks. A bucket of lava will change to a bucket of acid. A priest is retextured to Jiji and a smith is retextured to the nailsmith. This will affect your game by making it more like hollow knight. Swords are also retextured to look like nails. Sheencraft is mostly for people that play hollow knight. Sheencraft is still under dev so it is not finished yet.
