This is a configuration file for SIldur's Shaders. You will need to download their official shader from:
https://sildurs-shaders.github.io/downloads/
Please note that the newest version for 1.12 currently requires Optifine 1.12.2 HD U F6 pre1 whcih requires you to select "Preview Versions". Link for their download:

Installation:
- download and install Sildur'sShaders/Optifine
- Navigate to your Sildur's Shaders file under your Minecraft Shaderpacks folder
- Open the Zip file > Open Shaders folder > replaced block.properties with my included download file
Suggestions:
Godrays currently affect the Sun and the Moon, which makes the Moon seem extremely bright. So would suggest disabling for now. Also the nights by default are super bright, so would lower shader brightness to lowest option.
