This datapack adds plundering of various unique skills and is by no means finished, I've only known how to code for datapacks for a couple weeks, so as I learn how to do more things I intend to add more things and refine things currently in
Plunderable skills: Goblins, Lizardmen, Villagers, and Pillagers can currently possess most unique skills, they can't however possess any unique skill an otherworlder possesses, they also can't possess gluttony, predator, starved, or godly craftsman. Some of this may change as I add things and fix things.

Important info: There's a 10% chance to plunder uniques from Otherworlders, but Goblins and Lizardmen and such are guarenteed to give you a unique skill if they have one but there's ~10% they spawn with 1 unique skill, though its entirely possible for them to have more (it's not capped either so in EXTREMELY rare cases they could have every unique), for now you can't copy or take player's unique skills
Currently only predator can plunder degenerate (I intend to make degenerate part of evolution to gluttony), and only gluttony can plunder any other unique skill, I do intend to change this, I'd like to have any plundering skill (except predator and starved so its worth it to get gluttony) capable of taking applicable unique skills but as of current the process relies on the mist particle spawned by predator and gluttony, and not every plundering skill has particles.
