Cavern is an addon that adds more variety to caves and the end, and is designed with the Caves and Cliffs update in mind. It currently adds over 200 new blocks, including over 80 slabs! Among these blocks includes more rocks that generate naturally in your world, as well as polished and brick variants of each.

Rocks
The new rocks can be found at these locations:
120-256: Chert, Diabase, Pegmatite
50-120: Shale, Rhyolite, Dacite
8-40: Marble, Mariposite, Gneiss
-32-10: Hornfels, Phyllite
-64-0: Amphibolite, Schist
Rivers: River Rock (50-60)
Beaches/Ocean (-30-0) Gabbro
Beaches (0-60) Dolostone, Limestone
Ocean (-12-60) Limestone, Novaculite, Dolostone
Ocean Floor: Diatomite
Desert/Badlands (20-256) Gypsum, Siltstone
Beach Shores: White Sand
Other Features
In addition to new rocks, there are new ores to be found. Mica and Feldspar Ore are found between y, -24 and 100, and are used to make tan and peach dye respectively. These new dyes can be used to dye a variety of colorful blocks. Feldspar can also be used to craft Hardened Glass, which is an Education Edition feature that used to be exclusive to creative mode. Balloons have also been made available in survival, and can be crafted with a lead, 4 phantom membrane, and a dye of choice.
Known Issues
- Custom blocks are broken at the same speed no matter the tool, and can be broken with your hand. (Game limitation.)
- End glass and peach/tan hardenend and stained glass have a dark shadow underneath when placed. (Currently fixing)
- Fortune III does not work on custom blocks. (Game limitation)
- Blast resistance of some blocks are incorrect. (Currently fixing)
- Peach/tan glazed terracotta have incorrect front face. (Currently fixing)
- White Sand, End Sand, River Rock, Gypsum, End Dust, Pearlstone, Voidstone, Mud, Sandstone Bricks, Polished voidstone/pearlstone, and Polished Cobblestone don’t appear in the correct categories in the creative inventory. (Currently fixing)
- Sandstone in desert structures can be replaced by rock generation. (Currently fixing)
- Obsidian Bricks is able to be pushed by pistons (Game limitation)
Generation will not work on versions before 1.16.100

Installation
This addon supports Bedrock edition versions 1.16.100, 1.17, 1.18, 1.19, and 1.20. The latest update can only be played on version 1.18 and above are recommended for the best survival experience. Cavern will work on iOS, Android, and Windows 10. It can also work on Consoles via Realms. The entire addon was developed and tested on iPad.
Make sure to enable experimental features and education edition!
This includes Holiday Creator Features, Custom biomes, Upcoming Creator Features, and Molang features.
