I made a very simple and lightweight MCreator datapack that adds recipes for all the chainmail armour in minecraft to your game, something I think Mojang should have added as soon as they added chains to the game. The recipes are exactly the same as any other armour in minecraft, but use chains as the components instead of iron or leather etc... Nothing else has been added other than the recipes.
This is my first mod/datapack, and I am not a programmer by any definition so I hope you like it.
I have tested this on 1.18 and it seems to work perfectly, I made it for 1.17 since that is the highest MCreator goes, but I wanted it for a friend's 1.18 server so that is all I tested it on.
