using with the Cosmetic Armor mod with Battle Meditation can cause your cosmetic armor to appear on your real armor slot sometimes deleting your main armor.

Battle Meditation does nothing to affect armor or items. Have you reached out the the developer(s) of Cosmetic Armor to see if this is an issue on their end?
