Conflict with Custom NPCs (ver. CustomNPCs_1.12.2_05Jul20)

Describe the bug
Avtocraft stops in the process
Resources are not defined in the system
Resources cannot be removed from the system
The system does not see resources

To Reproduce
Order 5000 insulated copper wires.
Get copper wire through a metal forming machine from a copper ingot

Expected behavior
After some time, with some probability, autocraft will stop.
Some resources cannot be removed from the system

Additional context

craft stopped
repeat request for 5000 copper wires

but in system ZERO rubber
I put more rubber in the system and repeated the craft
as a result
