Describe the bug

Trying to use a Wireless terminal of any type results in a 'Station cannot be located' message. This occurred after the controller glitched and was partially inactive.

To Reproduce

I'm not quite sure what I did to break things. I'm currently attempting to repro. This might be related to having my ME system in the Random Things spectre dimension and Universal Tweaks forced dimension unloading (even though I loaded the chunk with a chunk loader).

Environment

• Minecraft Version: 1.12.2
• AE2 Version: 0.55.21
• Forge Version:14.23.5.2860

Further investigation shows that the chunk loader mod I was using (Chunk Loaders by SuperMartijn642 ) seems to at least partially unload when a player is not in the dimension, breaking things very badly. I've switched to Chicken Chunks for now.

Reloading the world resulted in all Drives and ME Storage Busses breaking. Something seems wrong with network change updates.

ETA: For some reason it just took a couple minutes to update. Probably because of my cable from ~Y 15 to ~Y 240
