Cannot drag from JEI/HEI sometimes

Describe the bug
Sometimes we can not drag items from JEI to mark, but if we drag from bookmark, it could work.

Environment
Single Player
- Minecraft Version: 1.12.2
- AE2 Version: 0.55.23b
- Forge Version:2860
