Ability to add sticky card to oredict storage bus.

Right now me oredict storage bus doesn't accept any cards. It would be very useful for it to be able to accept sticky card.

In AE2 UEL there is no oredict export bus or oredict interface so there is no way of exporting items from network, the only solution is to directly transfer items with oredict storage bus into item's final destination.

Example usage:
Probably every player (playing gregtech) uses oredict storage bus to transport hot ingots right into the vacum freezer. Hoverwer if the vacum freezer's input bus for some reason clogs up, the rest of hot ingots are transfered into the main network somhere on the disks. After the player notices his mistake, his storage system is already filled with hot ingots and the only way for him to put them back to fixed vacum freezer is by hand since there is no me oredict export bus in the game.

A place for sticky card in me oredict storage bus would prevent many unpredictible situations and would definitely benefit players.
