P2P Tunnels Disappear When Shift Right-Clicking with Memory Card

Describe the bug
Shift right-clicking a freshly placed P2P tunnel with a memory card causes the P2P tunnel to disappear and generates a non-fatal crash. The error occurs on PAE2 v46o, I will see if the issue persists in v46r.

To Reproduce

  1. Place P2P tunnel on a powered network
  2. Shift right-click the tunnel with an empty memory card
  3. The tunnel disappears, and a crash is generated

Expected behavior
Shift right-clicking a P2P tunnel should generate a channel for that tunnel, so that other tunnels can be set.
