P2P tunnels randomly break

Describe the bug
I have a quantum bridge in the void world behind which I have connected two P2P tunnels, while my AE2 controller is in the overworld. One of the P2P tunnels randomly stops working and I can only fix it by breaking and replacing. Even relinking it with the memory card does nothing. Unfortunately, I don't know exactly how to reproduce this. I think it started happening after I had two P2P tunnels going through the quantum bridge.
