Describe the bug

ME Import Bus wont suck items from any Drawer / Controller / Slave from Storage Drawers mod.
Sucking happen only if Import Bus configured with item.

To Reproduce

1. Setup simple Import -> Storage bus network
   
2. Items starts to transfer only with filter
   
3. This problem wont happen with other storage blocks
   
4. This problem wont happen if drawer connected with other storage-proxy, like Capability Proxy or Inventory Rerouter (from Random Things)
   

Environment
Tested in modpack Enigmatica 2: Expert - Extended, SP and MP.

• Minecraft Version: 1.12.2
• AE2 Version: appliedenergistics2-trousers_edition-rv6-stable-7-v49t (same error on appliedenergistics2-rv6-stable-7.omni-fixes-v47)
• Forge Version: 14.23.5.2860

Closing because fixed in appliedenergistics2-rv6-stable-7-extended_life-v49ab

(It would be nice if you reported that issue is fixed here too 🙂. Through i found this issue mention in changelogs.)
