Steps to Reproduce

Happens most of the time.

1. Consume life shards to gain extra hearts of health.
2. Go through a portal to another dimension (with full health).

What You Expect To Happen

I expect the UI to accurately reflect how much health I have.

What Actually Happened

The extra hearts from life shards appear empty after exiting the portal.

Additional Details

Tested on ANTS. Could not reproduce it in singleplayer. Forcing the health bar to update (taking damage / regenerating HP) fixes the issue.
