Steps to Reproduce

Can be reproduced consistently.

  1. Try swimming directly up and down with no armor.
  2. Equip the whole Neptune armor.
  3. Try swimming again and compare the speed.

What You Expect To Happen

I expect the armor to grant an equal speed bonus for swimming for all directions.

What Actually Happened

Horizontal swim speed is significantly higher than with the old "bonus per piece" iteration, while the vertical swim speed is not increased at all.

Additional Details

Phoenix armor has the same issue with disproportionately slow ascending / descending speed, though more understandably, given how swimming in lava works a bit differently. Jarring nonetheless and should be changed if possible.
