Steps to Reproduce
Always reproducible.
- Wear the full Neptune armor.
- Enter swimming state by using sprint underwater.
- Hold your crouch button.
- Quick-swap one of the armor pieces to remove the set's bonus and compare the speed.

What You Expect To Happen
i expect the set's speed bonus to apply in all directions.
What Actually Happened
The speed when swimming down is the same as without the armor.
Additional Details
The bonus speed works fine when the player is not in the swimming state.
