make the ice trinkets not void the water from waterlogged blocks when close

Why Should It Be in the Mod?

its a pain to refill the waterlogged blocks when they are used for asthetic purposes in bases
or for functional ones when making for example a sugarcane farm with waterlogged leaves

it also is inconsistent with vanillas frost walker enchantment which doesnt interact with waterlogged blocks in any way
