Make Neptune armor's vertical swim speed bonus not stack with depth strider.

Why Should It Be in the Mod?

Having vertical swim speed be enhanced by depth strider makes it strikingly faster than horizontal speed, which makes it difficult to control your altitude in water. Just the base bonus from Neptune's armor should be enough.
