Steps to Reproduce
Happens randomly when exploring the Aether.
- Find an Aechor plant that's next to a 1 block elevation, cornered.
- Let it see you (survival mode).
What You Expect To Happen
I expect the aechor plant to start attacking me.
What Actually Happened
Upon noticing me, the aechor plant was suddenly elevated 1 block up and died.

Issue was mentioned a few times in the Discord server, but apparently never reported here.
