Near 100% consistency.

1. Equip the valkyrie cape or the golden feather.
2. Crouch, jump, then try to land a critical hit on a mob.

What You Expect To Happen

I expect the hit to be critical.

What Actually Happened

It's almost impossible to land a critical hit. It can still happen randomly.
