Adjust the hitbox size of moas.

Why Should It Be in the Mod?

The hitbox for moas is so massive it's impossible to break a minecart on rails with a moa riding it. The hitbox also doesn't shrink when moas are made to sit down, making it impossible to hit a player mounting a sitting moa.
