Steps to Reproduce

1: Place Holystone Bricks, Holystone Stairs, a Holystone Wall and a Holystone Slab in a line
2: Mine them
3: Observe that the slab is far quicker to mine (as it's destroyTime is 0.5F rather than 2.0F like the others)

What You Expect To Happen

All of the Holystone Brick blocks would all have the same mining speeds

What Actually Happened

The slab was far quicker to mine
